M.A. Hotel Sevilla Congresos

This was a last minute booking due to our flights being cancelled and having to travel to Sevilla to catch a flight home. The hotel was lovely and clean and impressive on arrival. The staff we lovely and spoke wonderful English (thankfully because my Spanish is pretty poor). Unfortunately we were only there for a short time so didn’t get to enjoy the facilities, but they looked very good. It’s nice and close to some restaurants and a supermarket.

Location is ideal if you are attending a conference at FIBES. It is a convenient 5-minute walk to the conference centre (right across the street). There is a grocery store and a McDonald within a 5-minute walk. The McDonald was under renovation at the time when I was there. The grocery store has everything you need for a ready-to-eat meal, etc. This hotel is not closed to the city centre. However, you can easily take a bus (No. 27) to the city centre where most shopping, eating, and sightseeing locations can be found. It is about a 20-minute bus ride. The hotel is also very closed to the airport, which is about a 10-15-minute cab ride. The room is nice and clean, with different lighting options within the room. Looking at the room map, it seems like all rooms are connecting rooms (i.e., connected doors between rooms with locks in place). You can easily hear the TV and noise from next door most of the time. The washroom is spacious and clean with shower, make-up mirror, and hair dryer.

Modern room was large with a huge bed. Nice mood lighting in room. Friendly staff. Very quiet with hardly any other guests seemingly. Would have been excellent if it had been 50EUR a night cheaper.

The staff were so welcoming. Our flight had been terribly delayed and we were so tired when we arrived at 2 in the morning and they were so welcoming and spoke English and were very efficient. The rooms were fine, just what we needed. The hotel was quiet and nicely air conditioned. This was a bonus as it was so so hot. We all slept well and if you need a hotel near Seville Airport, this is a good one to stay in.

Marta, a professional and helpful reception staff member gave us excellent local information that made our stay in Seville a very good one. The hotel has very high standards of service and excellent facilities to make our stay very comfortable and affordable. Very clean and well looked after hotel within easy reach of the airport and public transport into the city centre.
